Hi there! I’m Amy. I’m a strength and nutrition coach. And I’m here for you. 

I help people from all over the world take that big step. It might be fat loss. It might be gaining muscle that you can flex in the mirror. It might be improving your health so you’re around longer for your family. 

I’m not going to tell you what your goals should be. I’m here to help you figure out what’s important. Where you want to go. And then I’ll stick by your side every step of the way to help you get there. 

Sometimes you feel completely stuck. Or maybe you just want to make some tweaks to what you’re already doing to feel more awesome. That’s cool. Because I’ve been in all those places. Including times when I felt really frustrated. 

I’ve been there too. I tried all the plans. I read all the books. But…

I learned that fitness is a skill, not a superpower or innate talent. 

I learned how to build habits that have actually stuck with me for years. 

I changed my mindset about my body and figured out how to approach fitness as something that anyone can learn.

And you can too

YES! You can. You’re in luck, because I do things differently around here. You may be wondering how the heck online training works. 

Here are the basics:

First we chat on the phone or via skype so I can learn more about what you’re after. Sometimes we’re not a great match. That’s okay.

But if we are, what I’ll do is get to know you. Because you’re not a set of statistics. You’re a person. And your life is unique. 

From there, I’ll tailor make a plan that works for you… but that’s not the part of all this that is a game changer.

It’s a partnership. 
We will be getting to know each other really well. That’s why it’s important to find out if we’re a good fit. You’ll check in with me on a regular basis via email so I can make sure that you are making progress and feeling fine. I mean fiiiiiiiine

The deets. 
Most people who ask about coaching wonder what’s in store. Here are a few big things you should know: 

  • You won’t get a restrictive meal plan. I will, however, help you find ideas for what to eat in order to kick ass at your goals. I’ll show you the ropes and make sure you never feel lost. 
  • There’s no super-annoying “fitspo”. You’ll never hear the words willpower, self-control, or any of that other bullshit talk that comes from the fitness industry.
  • You’ll never feel shamed for your body or your choices. I want this process to make you feel like you’re becoming more capable, more confident, and more awesome. 
  • There are no grueling workout programs that you dread before you even begin them. We work together to find effective yet enjoyable ways of movement that will help you reach your goals. 

Wait what?

Yes. I’m an expert in fitness. I know how to help you lose fat, get strong, move better.

But me simply throwing orders at you will get you nowhere. I know this because it’s what the industry has been doing to us all for…  forever? Since my mom was drinking diet shakes and doing Jazzercize, for sure.



We’ve been told for ages what we should do in order to be fit. How’s that working out for us?

….not so well, huh?

That’s because your own wisdom about your body, your own lifestyle, and your own goals for a better you are taken out of the equation.

It’s time to stop this. There’s a better way. 

What do you need to do to smash your goals? I’ll bet you have a pretty good idea of what it takes. 

If simply knowing what actions would bring you success, you wouldn’t need my help.
